Explore University Event 2022! This event is brought to you in collaboration by the Network for East Anglian Collaborative Outreach (neaco) and Anglia Ruskin University. You are invited to attend the event at University House, ARU Peterborough on Wednesday 26th October 2022 from 10:00 – 15:00. Who this event is for: Care-experienced young people and care leavers aged 12-19.

The term ‘care experienced’ is inclusive of the range of care settings a young person may have encountered, such as: • living with foster carers • living in a residential children's home • being looked after at home under a supervision order • living with friends or relatives in kinship care – either through a formal arrangement (e.g. a Special Guardianship order) or an informal arrangement without local authority support (

What they’ll experience: • A subject taster • A talk on the benefits of university • A chance to ask current university students questions • A session focused on support you can receive as a care leaver • A campus tour.

Lunch: Will be provided, please include any dietary requirements on the sign up form.
