Join a FREE advice and support session, designed to help you understand how to support your young person to get started and stay on track with their GCSE revision, created in partnership between Take Your Place, UEA, and Exam Study Expert.

Revision skills are not just for GCSEs - they're useful for life! Knowing how to study and revise effectively is something young people will need throughout their education. The earlier they learn and use revision techniques, the easier it will feel when it comes to exams.

Most of their revision will be done in their own time at home. As a parent or carer, being able to support them with their revision can help ease the stress, and make them feel more confident at school.

By joining the session, you will:

  • Learn simple and effective revision techniques
  • Get insight into the skills young people need to succeed in their GCSEs
  • Feel more confident to support your young person's revision
  • Get access to useful resources you can use at home.

Sign up for 'How you can support your young person with their GCSE revision' here. Once you've signed up, we will send you further information and a link to the online session.

This session is designed for parents and carers, but if your young person wants to join too, they're more than welcome!

Please note: Both online sessions (18/03 and 26/03) will feature the same content. We're hosting two sessions to give the opportunity for more parents and carers to join us. You don't need to attend both sessions.

If you're unable to attend either of the sessions, please do visit our Parent and Carer Study Skills webpage, which features useful information and practical tips for supporting young people with their study and revision.
